Shipping

We ship out all orders as they are completed. Please allow the allotted days needed to complete your order, especially if it is a custom piece or something we do not currently have in stock. We will be in contact with you from the time you place your order or custom request.


We ship via UPS, Fed-Ex and Canada Post, based on what your shipping requirements are. We will do our best to estimate when you will receive your order but once it is handed off, it is out of our hands. We use delivery confirmation on all our packages. If a shipment is late or missing, we will try to have it tracked and recovered. If a shipment is lost or stolen after confirmation, we cannot be held responsible.

International shipments : Subject to duties/customs/taxes on behalf of the importing country. We do our best to estimate these so there are no hidden/surprise fees but can be subject to change on behalf of the importing country and buyer is responsible to pay these fees. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if your product arrived damaged. We need photo proof and reserve the right to request the damaged product for inspection for refund/exchange to be determined. 


Warranty

We offer 14 day satisfaction guarantee from date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product and we will refund you. Product must be in like new condition. If heavy wear/mis-use is suspected, it may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us beforehand. 

All our hand-crafted blades are covered for life against manufacturing defects such as:
- chipping
- cracks
- twists
- loose pins or components
or anything else that is not at the fault of the user.

Our blades are covered for the life of the knife re sharpening. We will re sharpen your knife for it's usable life for free, just pay for shipping. 

Any misuse of a blade not performing it’s designed functionality not limited to:

- prying
- hitting steel, concrete, stones, etc.
- hammering
- cutting wood (If it's not purpose built)
- excessive bending on a single point

- broken tips from excessive force 


Or any other abuse of a blade will void the warranty. Blades damaged by misuse can still be returned for repair or replacement at the owner’s expense. For warranty purposes, we will need photo proof and reserve the right to request the product for further inspection before a judgement can be determined.

Normal use / wear and tear or neglect not limited to:
- scratches
- rusting
- damage from dropping
Are not covered in the warranty. Please take care of your tools!


Waiver of Liability
When you handle anything that we have produced, you hold 100% responsibility and we are not to be held liable for any sort of injury or damage incurred. Our knives are sharp and it is the responsibility of a trained individual to handle our knives safely and responsibly.
