Your Abeyta Bladeworx knife should only need a light stropping with rouge and a leather strop in between stone sharpening.

 

Please note that sharpening on a belt grinder risks overheating the edge bevel beyond the tempering temperature and can ruin the knife's ability to hold an edge and function as intended.
