We crafted this 5" round knife knife from Nitro-V, a nitrogen, and vanadium enriched stainless steel developed for the cutlery industry. This steel was selected for its following properties:
 
-Exhibits a high degree of toughness for a stainless steel, delivering reliable edge retention.
- Easy to maintain and sharpen.
-Excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for wet and marine applications.

The full-tang build delivers unmatched structural integrity and a balanced feel in the hand. Features African wenge, an exotic hardwood with striking grain and rich coloration. Wenge’s naturally dense and coarse texture offers a superior non-slip grip, anchored by a 5/16" signature, in-house made “Abeyta” decorative pin.
